Hi Sybil–Please add a profile image or avatar to your LinkedIn account. Many people do not know that LinkedIN indicates a problem when an account profile does not have an image and when such requests to join a group. LinkedIN flags your request in red and recommends using caution with your request to join. Also, if you have zero connections or no website or blog link on your profile. I checked your profile and the missing image seems to be the issue. But I went ahead and approved you to join my group.
