This is a new call for submissions. A couple of years ago
he told me something similar yet they have a call for submissions. IMO, it simply means that they are reviewing art and looking for work that is a good fit.

Very strange as when I asked about submitting work for review he said he is not accepting any new submissions right now…??? I have seen the same submission info on their website for quite a while though so guess they leave it up either way…
