1St Dibs is a top online sales site with categories that include furniture, fine art, jewelry & watches, fashion, and collections.  The 1St Dibs fine art items are sold from within storefronts that are operated by physical galleries using the platform to expand their sales into the online market. Each gallery pays the fees and expenses associated with setting up and maintaining their site shop, and many galleries continue to take their 50% commission for online sales.
